Massage Therapy
A massage session is a personalized, one-on-one experience where your provider will discuss areas of tension, discomfort, and stress related to fire exposure. The massage style—such as Swedish, deep tissue, or another technique—varies by provider, and the session may take place on a table or in a chair depending on the treatment. The goal is to relieve physical tension, improve circulation, reduce stress, and promote relaxation, helping you find relief during this challenging time.

It offers guidance, grounding, and tools to help people process pain, navigate change, and reconnect with meaning at their own pace. Rather than “fixing” anything, grief counseling holds room for the full human experience—allowing sadness, love, confusion, and hope to coexist—while supporting each person in discovering their own path toward healing and integration.
Sound Bath
Trauma Informed Yoga and Breathwork
Trauma-Informed Yoga is a gentle, choice-based approach to movement and breath that honors each person’s lived experience. It blends mindful awareness, grounding practices, and invitational language to create a space where the nervous system can soften, settle, and feel safe again. Rather than pushing or performing, trauma-informed yoga encourages participants to reconnect with their bodies at their own pace, offering options, support, and a sense of empowerment. It’s less about perfect poses and more about cultivating presence, safety, and healing from the inside out.
